Sterling Academy: e-learning for every employee, now part of every Sterling engagement

Sterling International Consulting has launched Sterling Academy, an online training service that lets a Philippine organisation train every person working under its control on the standards it implements, with a final exam and a numbered Certificate of Completion for each learner, verifiable online.
The catalogue opens with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Awareness, Information Security Essentials, the 93 Annex A Controls practitioner course, SOC 2 Awareness, HIPAA Awareness, ISO 9001:2026 Awareness and Risk Management, and extends across the major management system standards: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000 and HACCP, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27701, IATF 16949, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO 15189, ISO 13485 and SA8000, plus Nonconformity Management and Documented Information Management for the people who run the system.
Why it matters for a certification audit
Every harmonised-structure standard requires competence with retained evidence (clause 7.2) and awareness across the workforce (clause 7.3), and certification auditors test awareness by interviewing staff, not by reading the policy. A classroom session reaches a sample of employees once; an LMS reaches all of them, records each completion and re-trains new hires as they arrive. Sterling Academy gives the client administrator a dedicated learning space, learner progress by department and a training status report that can be handed to an auditor.
