ISO/IEC 17025 is an accreditation, not a certification
A laboratory is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, not certified to it. The assessment tests technical competence to perform specific tests or calibrations, which is why the scope of accreditation matters as much as the certificate. In the Philippines the national accreditation body is the DTI Philippine Accreditation Bureau, an ILAC MRA signatory for testing and calibration since 2005, and its accredited laboratories are listed publicly at pabaccreditation.dti.gov.ph.
