ISO 10015 cannot be certified
ISO 10015:2019 — retitled at its 2019 revision to “Quality management — Guidelines for competence management and people development” — is a guidelines document. It carries no ‘shall’ requirements, so no accredited certification body can certify an organisation to it and nothing appears on IAF CertSearch. Competence and training are audited in practice under ISO 9001 clause 7.2, which is certifiable. Certificates sold against ISO 10015 come from private, unaccredited schemes.
